I believe you can optimize your nutritional status by understanding the roots of your relationship with food. Eating behaviors are often instilled early in life. It is important to discover and develop behaviors that are healthy and serve you best. Often individuals differ in their food preferences, but adhering to basic tenets of nutrition science can help each person attain a sustainable, nutritious diet.

There are no quick "fixes", or as they say, "no free lunch" (no pun intended), but we can work together to discover the best ways for you to manage your eating habits.
